“Here at the Morphett Arms, I have set out to give the guest a story behind each dish of where it has come from and represent it in a way that will give you a restaurant experience. I love working with textures, flavours and local produce. We offer 3 distinctive menus in-house: our dining menu blends the best of pub classics with modern Australian influences; highlighting sustainable local ingredients to enhance the farm to plate experience where possible. The Lounge menu offers a relaxed dining experience with a diverse choice of meals from share plates to date night specials. Lastly, the Front Bar is simply big flavours and pub classics to keep the punters fueled after a hard day on the tools.”
Grant’s food philosophy is simple: Provide fresh local ingredients from small producers who demonstrate sustainable farming practices.
